Ordering Online

Ordering online is easy! Purchase any Dannmar products and accessories direct from the manufacturer through this website. You can also call (877) 432-6627, Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time or email our sales department directly at sales@dannmar.com.

Orders placed online by 1PM PST will typically ship within 3-5 business days depending on available inventory. If you're shipping to rural or remote locations, please allow up to 15 days for delivery. If you need to check the status of your order, email us directly at sales@dannmar.com. Alternatively, you can give us a call at (877) 432-6627 to check order status.

Support Requests

For help with setup or technical support, contact our service team directly by email at support@dannmar.com to create a support ticket or call (877) 432-6627, Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Dannmar uses an enhanced ticketing system to keep track of your support request. After sending an email to our support department, you will be automatically assigned a ticket #. Keep this number for any future communication with our support team.
