Relationship to BendPak

In the summer of 2020, the Dannmar brand was added to BendPak’s growing portfolio of businesses. In a press release announcing the transaction, BendPak announced to the world its potential to rapidly expand the reach of its products and customer base through a merger and acquisition strategy. BendPak management has made a pledge to expand new product initiatives for Dannmar and to make the newly welcomed brand and its soon-to-be growing family of products more adaptable to changing market conditions.
